Return & Exchange Policy

Domestic Orders (U.S.)

We want you to love your purchase from The Curious Collection Shop! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • To start a return, please contact us at thecuriouscollectionshop@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:

  • We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style (if available).

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Skincare and beauty items

  • Worn clothing or accessories

  • Personalized or clearance items

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

International Orders

We accept international returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs fees.

  • Exchanges are not available for international orders at this time; please return the item for a refund or store credit and/or place a new order.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit during international returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right at no additional cost.
